Privacy Notice

Celebra ("we", "the platform") is a service that offers digital invitations for weddings and quinceañeras through the site celebra.boutique

From the host (who purchases and manages the invitation)

• Name and email address (captured at checkout, via Stripe)
• Access password (stored encrypted, managed by Supabase Auth)
• Phone number (optional, as an access backup)
• Invitation details: couple/quinceañera names, event date, location, itinerary, dress code, menu information, photos, messages, and (for quinceañeras) names of the court and padrinos
• Payment information: we don't store card numbers; payment is processed directly by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy

From guests

• Name, phone number, number of authorized guests, and assigned table, provided by the host, not directly by the guest
• RSVP status (confirmed, declined, unconfirmed)
• Conversations with Lucía (the conversational agent), if the guest writes to her with questions

Technical data

• Data saved locally in the visitor's browser (e.g. language preference), not shared with us and not used to track the user on other sites

• Providing the service: building and displaying the invitation, managing RSVPs
• Processing payment (through Stripe)
• Sending transactional communications: confirmations, password recovery, notices about the invitation's lifecycle
• Automatic content moderation (photos and text), to prevent inappropriate or illegal content
• Answering questions through Lucía (conversational agent)
• Providing support when the user contacts us directly

We don't sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.

We only share information with the providers we need to operate the service, each with its own privacy policy:

None of these providers may use the data for their own marketing purposes.

• While the invitation is active, data is kept to provide the service
• Each invitation's data (photos, RSVPs, guest list, content) is kept while Celebra manually manages Memory mode (Inolvidable) and the closing of your invitation; we will contact you directly before deleting your information.
• If you cancel your account before that period, you can request early deletion of your data by contacting us directly

• The guest list is never public, only accessible to the host and, with the Inolvidable package, partially visible to each guest through their unique personal link
• We use database-level security rules (Row Level Security) to restrict access to each piece of data to only those who should see it
• Information and photos provided by hosts are reviewed by Celebra before being published

Celebra is designed to be used by people over 18 years old who are organizing an event (weddings or quinceañeras). The account and payment must be under the name of an adult (for example, the parent or guardian, in the case of a quinceañera). We do not intentionally collect information directly from minors.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access the data we have about you
• Correct incorrect information
• Delete your account and your data before it automatically expires
