Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and using Celebra (celebra.boutique), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

Celebra is a digital invitation platform for weddings and quinceañeras, which includes:

• Personalized web invitation
• Guest management and RSVP, exclusive to the Inolvidable package
• Gift registry (cash fund and/or external registry)
• Lucía, Celebra's general conversational agent
• Event AI agent, exclusive to the Inolvidable package
• Memory mode, exclusive to the Inolvidable package and managed manually by Celebra

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and purchase a package. If you are organizing a quinceañera, the account must be under the name of a responsible adult.

Celebra offers 2 one-time payment packages (it is not a subscription):

Prices may change without notice for future purchases; they do not affect purchases already made.

Payment is processed through Stripe. After your payment, you share your event details with us and Celebra builds your invitation manually, with delivery within a maximum of 24 hours. Access to your account afterward depends on the package you purchased.

• Before publishing your invitation: we do not offer refunds, since your invitation's construction begins immediately after payment
• If your event is cancelled after publishing your invitation (your guests have already received it): contact us directly, we evaluate each case individually, with no guarantee of an automatic refund

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide us for your invitation (photos, text, information). By using Celebra, you agree to:

• Not provide us illegal, offensive, sexually explicit content, or content that violates third-party rights
• Ensure the information you provide about your guests is accurate and that you have their consent to share their name and phone number with us for the purposes of the invitation

Celebra reviews the content you provide us before your invitation is published. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any invitation that violates these conditions, with no right to a refund.

Celebra manually manages your invitation's lifecycle after your event, including Memory mode (Inolvidable) and, eventually, closing your invitation. We will contact you directly before deleting any information.

In the current version of the service, Celebra does not send automatic reminders by WhatsApp, SMS, or any other channel. Following up with guests who haven't confirmed their attendance is the host's responsibility.

• Your account is protected with an email and password
• You can share your access with whoever helps you organize your event (we recommend no more than 3 people)
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure

Celebra's templates, design, and technology are the property of Celebra Boutique. The content you provide us (photos, text) remains yours: you only grant us permission to display it within your invitation while it is active.

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of important changes by email.
